The film is written and filmed as part of a 20-week film conservatory for high school students, who make a 20-30 minute short as part of their training.
 
Filming on Thursday will always between the hours of 6pm-8pm and Sunday will always be between the hours of 12pm-6pm. You would not be called for every filming date.

Another incentive is that our films work the Festival circuit and chosen more often because of our "Youth Film" status.  A past film The Maze walked away with Honorable Mention for Achievement in Filmmaking in the youth division at the Tribeca Film Festival. 
 
"Nice Guys" Film Synopsis/Pitch: It's a dark comedy about Alex, a man who can’t seem to move on from an intense break-up with his girlfriend. Every attempt at closure fails, until an unusual agency offers him the chance of closure through revenge. Is revenge a reliable method of justice? It's a cross between Run Lola Run and Wilbur Wants to Kill Himself.

"The Last Tape" Film Synopsis/Pitch: It is a Sci-Fi short about a man who is cursed with remembering everything in the world-- or it ceases to exist. When he falls in love his mind is preoccupied and things start disappearing. He must choose between saving the world, and finally being happy in love. It is a cross between Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind and Back to the Future.

"Taka" Film Synopsis/Pitch: This is a coming of age drama about a Japanese boy Taka who has to face discrimination in New York City the day after the Pearl Harbor attacks. In times of turmoil, where will Taka find strength? It is a cross between The Great Escape and Batman Begins.
