Tribeca Film Festival awards student film “The Sent” Honorable Mention

"The Sent" selection is the second "tier" in the competitive process selecting top-rated youth films from more than 1500 entries from middle school and high school youth from all over the country. For the final tier, a panel of educational and film professional experts will screen Honorable Mention films to decide on five youth films to be shown at the Festival (April 22 - May 3). A very notable distinction!

This New York City based film festival, founded in 2002 by Jane Rosenthal and Robert De Niro, every year accepts thousands of entries.
We are very proud of all our film makers who worked on this film, and continue to be proud of those students working to improve their cinematic skill and achieve their artistic dreams!
